“Heroic Leadership” by Chris Lowney

It is “a must read for every leader in the business world” – as Walter Gubert CEO JP Morgan wrote about that book.
And… it so happened that next to his recommendation Polish edition is my comment, which I recognize has not lost its relevance:
“The leader and the manager are first and foremost a man. Secondly – the role he plays. This book is an extremely important reading for anyone who, through the development of self-awareness, wants to be ready for the challenges of the place, time and tasks with which we come to measure what day.”
I recommend this book because of the author. Chris Lowney in a personal relationship is a great example of the ideas he writes about and a vivid example of the attitude of servant leadership. This makes his message even more credible.
